Shipping Policy for Harbal Sauda

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (1–2 business days) of confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional transit days for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (Prepaid & COD): Free shipping across India
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics, weather conditions, or local restrictions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp notification containing your Tracking ID and the tracking link.
You can track the status of your parcel directly via the courier partner's portal.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India.
Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and accurate complete address to avoid order cancellation during address verification.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please take photos/videos of the outer package and the product and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.
